Karen is an awe-inspiring thought-provoking international speaker, trainer, consultant and retreat leader with over 25 years of serving in ministry. She has dedicated her life to do national and international church consulting, missionary outreach, life coaching, music and worship training along with mentoring national and international college and career young adults.
Karen has been partially blind in both eyes since a young child. She has a powerful testimony of overcoming adversity to pursue your purpose in life.

Heart of the Matter Ministries International started over 15 years ago. Our ministry is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio, and we are a Christian organization with a dedicated staff of volunteers.

Mama K has been a Mentor and life coach for international and national young adults for over 10 years. She simply does life with these amazing young adults whom she loves so much…..Mama K travels to college campuses, trains and equips campus ministry organizations, provides workshops and speaks at international conferences for young adults. Her heart is to equip, love and encourage these future leaders to become who they are destined to be by God’s design.
